When will i get my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.

We only ship to selected countries in Europe:
We offer delivery in Denmark and the rest of Europe with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.

 

How do i track my order?

When your order have been packed at our warehouse, you will receive track & trace by email to track your order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@doubles.dk with details and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and contact you with a solution. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper washing or care of our products. Always follow the care instructions provided to maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase.

 

My package hasn't arrived

Remember to always check the tracking number provided when your order is sent. Within Denmark from when the order is shipped the package should arrive within 3-7 days. If it has not arrived within that time period, please contact our shipping company DAO.

If the package stands "delivered" but you have not received it please contact our shipping company DAO.
